Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your use of the website operated by Benchmark Roofing and Construction, Inc. ("Benchmark", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.
Website Content
The content on this site — photos, text, reviews, certifications, and other material — is provided for informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current or error free. Photos may represent past completed projects.
Estimates & Inspections
Free inspections and estimates on this site are offered without obligation. An estimate is not a binding quote; final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties. Scheduling an inspection does not create a contract for work.
Insurance Claims Assistance
We can assist you in documenting damage and communicating with your insurance adjuster, but we do not act as a public adjuster and do not negotiate claim amounts on your behalf. You remain the decision-maker for your claim.
Workmanship Warranty
Where applicable, workmanship is covered by the TGCL $25,000 certification and any additional labor warranty stated in your signed project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through directly from the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Benchmark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links
This site links to external resources such as the Better Business Bureau. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
